The whole school enjoyed a performance of Billy Shakes - Wonder Boy as part of the Selby Arts Festival on Tuesday afternoon.

June27th Bridlington Trip - The whole school enjoyed the trip to Bridlington,despite the weather!

June 16th 2017 Coastal erosion - class 2 and 3 were using different materials to experiment building sea walls.

June 13th 2017 -Freddy Fit During healthy eating week we had a visit from Freddy Fit. We took part in lots of different fun activities.

March 31st 2017 Sound Transfer - During our science lesson on Friday we were looking at sound transfer and soundwaves. We made some basic paper cup phones.

March 30th 2017Archaeological dig - The KS2 children enjoyed finding some interesting objects in their archaeological dig.

Easter 2017 - The childrenenjoyed their outdoor egg hunt and egg rolling competition. Well done tothe winners!

World Book Day - On Thursday 2nd March we celebrated world book day by dressing up as book characters. As you can see, there were some fantastic and imaginative costumes. We have enjoyed some book related games, stories and various activities throughout the day.

Wes Magee - On Tuesday 28th February we had a visit from the published author Wes Magee who talked about his Poetry and Children's books. Mr Magee involved class one in some action poems, class two wrote a collective descriptive poem and then went on to create individual descriptive poems that we will be putting together to create a book that parents will be able to buy. Mr Magee helped class three to write a poem about space that you can see in the photo's below.

On Monday 23rd January the whole school took part in a range of different activities on National Handwriting day.

On Friday 20th January 2017 Mrs Mckee took the highest DOJO piont scorers for a game of bowling at Summit in Selby. As you can see, everyone had fun.

Everyone who attended Young Voices on 10th January had a fantastic time and worked really hard to learn all the songs.
